Thank you for visiting The Shrinivas Kulkarni Charitable Trust (The SKC Trust). We are a group of grateful people driven by the desire to give back to society.
Without the structure and support of society, we would have remained hunter-gatherers. Our childhood and values were shaped in the coastal town of Kumta, but these values are universal. We begin our efforts in Kumta and support people wherever we can, regardless of location.
No society is perfect. Not everyone receives the support they need and deserve to succeed. The SKC Trust was founded with a simple goal: to contribute to the success of the underprivileged.
We support a range of charitable efforts, with education at the heart of our work. We help economically disadvantaged children financially and in other ways, particularly empowering girls through education. We collaborate with schools on programmes that support children in need.
Alongside education, we take part in other socially responsible activities. We are guided by the quality of our intent as much as the scale of our impact. Transparency and honesty are the foundation of our efforts.
